The kitchen offers a menu that has clearly chosen the option of freshness: local products, therefore local, and in season. Offering simple, tasty dishes with the “Fait-Maison” and “Neuchâtel Vins & Terroir” labels, the Bistro is also taking part in the “1 CHF for the climate” initiative.
